a Texas A&M yearbook from 1895...also known as the Olio. It's the first yearbook Texas A&M printed and it's 1 of only 8 other known yearbooks from 1895. Even though I'm not an Aggie, it is a pretty cool book. It's amazing to see something that was published over 100 years ago. It sits on the highest shelf in our house so that little hands don't get ahold of it. :)

the new SWINGSET...
Benji put in about 10 hours building this swingset, but Grant thinks it was well worth it! He spent all day yesterday outside climbing and sliding!!

2 year old checkup - 3 weeks late
Our little (well, not so little anymore!) man had a good 2 year checkup. We actually went to the doctor on his birthday, but he had an ear infection so the doctor wanted to wait for his checkup.

Happy Easter!!
Happy Easter everybody and welcome to our new blog. The Easter Bunny came a day late at our house...but Grant still had fun. After realizing there was candy inside the eggs, he wasn't very interested in hunting the eggs. He did end up finding 13 out of the 15 eggs. He was SO over it by the time we came across the last two.
